Attention Pineville Communication and Electric Customers. During this time we are all following additional sanitation practices and precautions as outlined by the CDC to do our part to help reduce our risk and the spread of COVID-19 virus. To those we interact with in our business office and at their home and/or business locations please be advised we are practicing increased sanitation measures in our office and with our techs in the field. We have hand sanitizer available to our customers who come into our office as well as to all our staff. We are sanitizing hands, our public workspaces, keyboards and entry doors multiple times per day.
During this time as we are all trying to limit our interaction with those that could potentially be sick and not yet know it we want to remind those we serve there are alternative ways to pay invoices and communicate with us. Those methods are as follows:
- Customers can contact us via phone at 704-889-2001 and 704-889-2292 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- We have a drive thru located in front of our building at 118 College Street that can be used to make a payment or we can answer a question (similar to a banking drive thru)
- We accept payment by phone with a Visa or MasterCard at no charge.
- We have a night depository at the front of the building located at 118 College Street to drop a check for payment before, during or after hours
- We offer Online Bill Pay via our website www.pinevilledsl.net . Contact the business office and they will be happy to assist you in setting up if you have questions
