How to enable Auto Pay

Did you know that PCS & PEC offers Auto Pay to our customers? When you set up Auto Pay your monthly payment will be automatically drafted from your checking account or charged to your credit card on the 10th of each month. There is no fee for Auto Pay and the benefits are as follows:

  • Peace of mind, no service interruptions because you have forgotten to make your payment.
  • Cancel at any time.
  • Auto pay is convenient now your will have no dates to remember, stamps to buy or checks to write.
  • Payment is drafted the 10th of each month whether you choose recurring bank draft or recurring credit card as your method of payment

Sign up for Auto Pay today. It is easy! Below please find the ways to sign up:

  • Fill out the Auto Pay form located on the back of your monthly invoice and return it to us.
  • Go to our website then click "Support" at the top of the page.

Then select either Bank-Draft-Form-Credit-Card or Bank-Draft-Form-Checking-Account. Once the form is filled out return the form to us in the following ways: via mail to PO Box 249 Pineville, NC 28134, via fax (704) 889-7329, scan and email to us at, in person at 118 College Street, or last but not least if you have an online account established you may sign up there.
